“This Wendy’s was straight ???! They forgot to put straws in my bag but that’s really no biggie. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich and dipped it in the Ghost Pepper Ranch and let me tell you this was off the chain good! If you like spice try it out! Overall, food was hot, service was fast, and I was satisfied!“
“Add far as atmosphere, is fine but only 3 stars because after all, it is a Dairy Queen. Just went through the drive through and got Blizzards. They were fine after we figured out who's was who's because they were not marked nor did they tell us.“
“I went through the drive thru around 9:45 PM on February 14. I had driven 4 hours and was extremely hungry. I was worried about the time because they were probably getting ready to close and I would get a mediocre hamburger and unfriendly service. I was pleasantly surprised!!! The staff was very professional and curtious. The hamburger was beautifully crafted, fresh and hot off the griddle. Best hamburger and service I've had in a long while!!! Just want to thank those folks!!!“
“Many varieties of jerky, popcorn, nuts, candies, hot sauces, exotic meats and cheeses galore!!! They also sell freshly made sandwiches, fountain drinks, chips and Amish butter by the roll and tub. Indoor seating is also available. Overall this place is great, we visit often! Rewards program is also available. Great service. Great ambiance.“
“Best Hamburgers ever! A true hidden gem! Loved this quaint restaurant! We were in town for Tim Hawkins and what a treat to find Black Circle Bistro to boot! I was looking at "Restaurants in Beckley" and boy am I glad I scrolled almost to the bottom... that's where I found this gem! I'm stopping there everytime I pass through Beckley! You guys are awesome!“
“I'm not giving 5-Stars for the food, but for the Institution. The Omelet Shoppe is a Beckley landmark. Generations of locals and I-64 travelers (like my wife and I) have dined here. My wife and I wish to thank and hope God's blessings on all the staff for sacrificing their Christmas Holiday to serve us weary travelers on Christmas night. Now the food is not gourmet. It is great comfort food served fast and hot in a Mom & Pop-owned "Waffle House"-style joint. Our waitress never let our coffee mugs go empty. BTW, she made a fresh pot of decaf coffee specifically for us. She was warm & charming as we thanked her for sacrificing her Holiday. I had the Country Boy Omelet: sausage, hashbrowns, onions and cheese covered in milk sausage gravy. I asked for the biscuit as a side which was covered in more milk sausage gravy!! I'm a milk sausage gravy nut, this entire order was heaven for me. My wife had the Western Omelet: Ham, onions, bell peppers, and cheese with a spicey salsa on the side. I ate the spicey salsa atop my sliced tomatoes. She loved her omelet regardless. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and friendly to everyone entering within. These Mom & Pop restaurants are becoming rarer. Enjoy while this great place is still around.“
“The first time I ate at a Cook Out was amazing. It's been on my "places to stop" when traveling across states.I've noticed that the burger patties have become pathetic in size and cooking time. They are very small and past well-done. This is a shock to me since the last time I ate Cook Out (2019) was filling and still amazing burgers.I'll still eat there when I pass one on the road, but I know what to expect in the future. Mostly a better choice than the other big chain fast food burger joints in the South/East part of the country.“
“Got everything I ordered, and had one my best days at church later that evening. Would highly recommend replacing regular buns for pretzel buns. They make every burger so much better. Thanks staff for letting me to continue to do that! Much love!“
“Vegetarian options: Don't like imitation burgers. I order no meat but everything else on the sandwich the same. It would be nice to have no meat options on the menu to order instead of explaining it. Usually when I order no meat,I end up with only empty buns at most burger King places. Meat makes me sick, but I still like eating sandwiches. Anyone I know says the imitation sandwiches don't taste very good.“
“Tonight we were in the Grandview area and stopped in for dinner! I am so glad we did the food was absolutely amazing and so fresh!! The waitress was amazing and she kept interacting with our kids which is a huge plus for us!! The atmosphere and food will have us coming back!“
