I cannot recommend this place enough! We stayed at the cabin which was extremely private and peaceful. Our favorite part was looking out at the stars and views while in the hot tub. The food at the restaurant was amazing and they had trivia on Thursday nights which was a huge success and a lot of fun! We will definitely be back.

Locust Hill B&B, Cabin & Pub is an absolute gem and a wonderful place to stay in the heart of skiing paradise near Snowshoe Resort, located slightly upslope from Marlinton, WV. It offers easy access to the ski resort, hiking trails in the Monongahela State Forest, the scenic train ride, the Green Bank observatory, and beautiful state parks.
The hosts are fantastic, incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, providing outstanding hospitality and a personal touch that makes guests feel at home. The property is serene, peaceful, and beautifully located on a quiet hill with beautiful views. Guests can stay in the cozy bed and breakfast with its lovely, comfortable, and spotless rooms, or rent a cabin near the pond.
The warm and inviting atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, large private bathrooms, and board games available. A delicious, well-prepared, ample, and hearty homemade breakfast is served each morning with great coffee. An outstanding homemade dinner is also available. The location offers great value and is highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
