The ice cream was good, but the staff was rude, especially to an elderly couple.
We ordered a birthday cake from this store. Due to an online glitch the candles that we ordered weren’t available in the store. That was promptly remedied. The management team was very helpful and forthcoming and we greatly appreciate them! The cake itself was ready when we arrived and the finished product was absolutely gorgeous! We will be definitely be returning customers when the weather is a bit warmer!
I will say, I absolutely absolutely love the cappuccino blast. It is very inconsistent, but as far as the customer service goes with this place, they do go above and beyond I have spoke to the owner of the franchise and the manager, which has turned this place around last summer last summer it was absolutely horrific.
