This store now discriminate against family ordering they now tell you you can only have two plates per transaction. Guess you can’t bring a family of four there anymore they messed up the entire order. Food was bad it’s really bad when you have food aversions and they still give you the wrong food that you don’t want, the manager at the store is incredibly rude and the employees laugh at you when you tell them you want to order a food for a family and they tell you you can’t....read full review
I never write these things, but making an exception here. Martinsburg Chipotle has always been horrendously loud inside and the trash is almost always overflowing, but at least the food quality was good...just don't expect the quantity to match. Ordered a salad, bowl was 25% empty. Had to ask for more lettuce at the end just to make it somewhat like a salad. Shouldn't have bothered asking for half and half meat, all they did was add 2 or 3 small pieces of steak to the chicken...read full review
