It is very inconsistent, but as far as the customer service goes with this place, they do go above and beyond I have spoke to the owner of the franchise and the manager, which has turned this place around last summer last summer it was absolutely horrific. I don’t know if anybody remembers that, but as far as customer service goes, they are amazing. They are trying their hardest to solve some of the problems with the inconsistency with the drinks very helpful. Might not be able to get my coffee all the time at least the one that I really really like I always just get a different one if they don’t have the blast , but if you go to this place, you have a very, very great manager named Brandy to speak to you if you ever have any issues,“

“This soft serve joint is the best in the area! My husband and I have tried soft serve at all the chain locations, but nothing compares to this place. They only accept cash, but the prices are worth it. They serve huge portions and always have a variety of flavors, including seasonal and special flavors that rotate regularly.“
