Kobe Japanese Steak House Reviews
Owner is extremely nasty! The table burned the food- seems to be wore out, she made the cook pay for the food.. the grill needs replaced!
And please look at your bill the tip is automatically added no matter if one person or ten.. they don’t tell you it’s just added
Food typically is good. This time it was very cold from sitting in the window too long. Service usually is a little slow but I say that is management just trying to keep labor costs down and make more profit.
Do not dare ask anything of the older Asian lady that either owns or manages it as she is nasty and has ZERO customer service skills!

Kobe Japanese Steak House offers a lively and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot for families. The food is amazing, with generous servings and delicious dishes like the filet. The service is generally good, with friendly and attentive servers, although there may be occasional issues with staffing. The restaurant has a large parking lot and is kid-friendly, with chefs who will entertain the guests. Overall, it's a great spot for a memorable dining experience, even if it comes with a slightly higher price tag.
The restaurant receives mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the great food, atmosphere, and the chef's entertaining performance, others express disappointment with the lack of enthusiasm from the chef and the surprise prices on the bill, such as an extra charge for fried rice. Additionally, some customers note that the gratuity was automatically added to the bill, which could be seen as a little "shady" if not clearly communicated.
