Service is awful. Food is fine. The people are not friendly. It’s like they hate their job. Smh.
Not only did I have to drive 15 mins to pick up my food because you dont allow me to get the Cajun corn on delivery, after I get there they give me everything except my tenders. Of course I didn’t find that out until after I drove 15 mins back home!! I called so at least they could be ready when i got there but your cashier picked up the phone, did not say hi at all but instead just set the phone on the counter. We’ve given this place many chances - and the workers are always very friendly - but our order is always wrong. We live 15 minutes away and we order for 6 adults, so we started checking our order in the car before driving home, but then we have wait another 15 minutes to get the corrected items and by that time the original part of the order is already cold! 👎🏼 For whatever reason, they just can’t seem to manage a big order.
