Good times at chilies and bad times at chiles most times good. This time there was a bug in my drink they did apologize and take it off which is the least they can do. Staff was very nice but all things considered I had already taken a few drinks before I noticed this. I know things happen but a bug in your food is very concerning. I’ve never made a drink at home and then found a bug in it. At some point of the cleaning process something had to of been missed.

Ordered a burger cooked medium. When received it was so over cooked I could not eat it. Told the server this then she asked if I wanted a to go box for it. I again told her it was too over cooked to eat. I certainly did not want to take it home. We were still charged for an uneaten burger😞
