A little out of the way but friendly staff and the greens are always in FANTASTIC shape. Some local knowledge is helpful for the tricky holes on the back nine
We didn't go to play golf, but the course looked good. We were searching for a place to have lunch and riverside came up. It was a great lunch and beautiful view. So more then just a golf course.
Love the course and the rates, leaving a 3 star cause I go to a lot of courses and this one BY FAR has the rudest staff of any iv ever seen. Iv been here multiple times and it’s been the same every time. I’d suggest getting staff that don’t hate their job . I want to keep coming but the staff makes it hard in the pro shop.

Mitch and the crew offer a pristine, yet challenging course with beautiful views. The quality is unmatched locally! Well worth a road trip if you’re not a local!

Kitchen staff is amazing some of the best food I’ve ever had both so polite and all around good people.
I am a new Golfer have only played five courses, have played in Tenn., Florida, Virginia and now this one in West Virginia. Played this course with a local golfer while visiting in the area. This was one of the nicest and well maintained courses that I have played, (Best was in Florida, lower Alabama area) course was very nice and in great shape, fairways and greens were well maintained, Greens were especially in great shape, not too slow or fast great feel when putting. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will play again in the future when in the area, I will not return to all five that I have played, but this one is a keeper and will return.
I really enjoy playing at Riverside, the course is well maintained by a competent staff, and the facility is great, with a wonderful Resturant and clubhouse.
It's one of two courses within an hours drive of me that are well maintained with friendly personnel
