Arrived at approximately 2:50 pm and it was not crowded. Found a booth immediately and waitress took our order within 5 minutes. We both ordered the Hamburger steak and we waited over an hour to get it. No refills during out wait and people who arrived after we did were seated and had eaten before our food arrived. After our food arrived which was over cooked we were given a refill on our drinks..we also had to wait and wait for our ticket in order to pay..We normally eat here at least once a week (we live a half hour away) and ended up spending almost 2 hours this time. It was not a good experience

Love eating here we live right in the town of Milton and it is our (Husband and I) favorite place to eat!!
This place was scary.I might've randomly run into the one person in WV that can keep up with me. I fear she could talk me under the table if she wanted to. And she is sneaky and fast.It's usually like shooting fish in a barrel in WV.. She is disturbing.This place has liver and onions to die for. Caleb had some too. He can testify.We let Shonet in the picture so she wouldn't feel bad.

I used to come in and get the unlimited soup bar but Sunday 45 minutes before closing they were out of my favorite vegetable beef and said they weren't going to put any more out? Not Happy!

I am a regular at Shonets. They make some of the best food and desserts I've ever eaten. Almost like momma used to make. From the owners down to the dishwashers. There all polite and friendly. And my waitress Marie Baker is absolutely wonderful. Always looking out for us. Quick with drinks and always wearing a smile.

2/25/24- Absolute garbage service. Food is okay, when it’s not cold. This was probably the first bad experience here and I’ll never come back. Only saw our server MAYBE 2-3 times. The lady you go to- to pay was RUDE as hell to my grandmother when she mentioned the food was cold. The lady obviously didn’t care and wasn’t nice enough to offer a discount after we waited almost AN HOUR after we ordered. I’ve worked in retail for years and I know how some customers can be. However, the way that they handled everything was not the way to go about it. I was shocked by how they handled this.

Stopped in while heading back home and we are glad we did. I had the hamburger and my wife had the fish and chips. It was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time, and the fish was amazing. Our waitress was very friendly. We will definitely be going back.
