Nothing special, pretty typical “hometown taste” but not worth the visit. I try to go local, but it’s just getting sub par everywhere. Just go to a chain, tastes better, better servers too.

My boyfriend loves pretzels so naturally he ordered the Bavarian pretzel. He normally eats it all on his own as I’ve tried it many times (many different places) and don’t care for them. This time however was the first and only time I had to fight him over the pretzel. Couldn’t get my knife to cut it fast enough & ended up scarfing down as it was delicious!
My ribs were fall of the bone 10/10 Greens 10/10 Potato salad 10/10 Green beans 10/10 Bbq sauce 10/10
Didn’t care for the mac and cheese personally. But everything else was amazinggg

We came in Friday night as a group of 14. We were happy to be seated immediately with no wait. Our server really did her best to please everyone where the kitchen and food was lacking she was phenomenal. She offered to take the kids orders first so they could get started while adults were still looking at the menu. GREAT! Kids food came out 10 mins or less.. when she came back with the kids food, adults ordered. We had 7 adults… food took over an hour to come out and 2 meals were completely wrong, and the fish another adult was very soggy and gummy inside. Also; the fish special price was not honored, Friday special is fish for 12.99. Was charged $15.99. $240 and 2 hours later, stopped at Taco Bell on the way home. LOVE the cattlemen’s in cross lanes, would not recommend smokin mamas.

Starters were great but the brisket was over cooked for my liking it was a little tough, quick and steady service good atmosphere, Brooke was our waitress she was nice and very informative of the best things to try for our first time trying the food. Some meats were great, others just okay. This smokehouse delivers a satisfying meal. Some dishes stood out more than others, but overall it’s a dependable choice for good barbecue in a comfortable setting.
