We went to pick up our take out order and grab some drinks and dine in. A guy with shaggy hair and a beard (red/orange) was outside smoking and as we walked in he followed and blew his cigarette smoke out in the lobby in front of me. Proceeds to walk back to the sub making area and did NOT wash his hands, while he was snotting and rubbing his nose on his shirt. As we're eating we see him reach around the belt line of his pants and go up underneath his shirt and start scratching, and again... does not wash his hands. I'm disgusted. We won't be back here.

Guy preparing the bread and meat was extremely rude didn't inform me that they didn't have wraps at that store so uses pita bread instead plus he had open blood sores all over his face I'm not a expert but it looked way too bad to be acne it was my first time eating there and definitely my last very bad experience once seeing his face like that I should have went to the next subway for sure

Super kind staff and helpful! Clean and professional. Order was fresh and made to order! Delicious Turkey BLT and Steak Sandwiches we ordered. Self serve soda fountain. Clean dining room and staff was super cognizant of gloves and such. Close to gasoline and right off Interstate ramp. Plenty of parking. Kid friendly. Vegetarians will be in heaven!

Excellent food and customer service! I will travel a little further to Milton Subway over Barboursville for the customer service here!
Just off the highway so it made for a good travel stop. Clean and we were able to get wraps and salads made to order.

Sandwiches served here are typically better than surrounding subway shops & I've never had a better footlong meatball sub at any location besides this 1. I'm pretty sure the owners use there own meatball & marinara recipes, phenomenal flavor compared to all the others I have ordered from in size/taste/texture.
