Walked in after work to grab some food, every person working was in the office being loud and obnoxious and didnt come come in the counter to attend to me for atleast 3 minutes. The lady working the grilled burrito machine was getting irritated and screaming that shes abiut to use her bare hands to pick it up. She then brought my bag to the counter and tossed it to me disrespectfully. This was 12/9/25 approx 2:40-2:50pm.. fire grilled cheese burrito and a double stack taco. This was the WORST service I have ever had in my entire life. Every employee working this shift needs to have something done about this. If this happened to me, what's to happen to drive through people who csnt see what's goin on?.. this is ridiculous, ill never be back and also relaying to my fellow taco bell eaters... if you like disrespect and your fod thrown at you then feel free to eat here.. I called to speak to a Mgr, was told to call back at a later time they were busy!!! No cars and 1 other dine-in.. would love to have my money back because the food just got tossed after I tried to speak to a mgr and was told call back were busy. If they all weren't in office doing whatever, coukd have been a good meal. I woukdnt accept any amount of free food after this visit.

Stopped for my mother's lunch. I don't eat at Taco Bell very often so I was thrown-off by my mother's request. Had to stop my order and call back to Mom's to clarify what she wanted. The staff taking my order was cool about me stopping to call my mom and after making sure I ordered what she wanted, the order came out quick and accurate.
I needed a quick meal while traveling on I 64. I stopped at the Milton exit and ate at the Taco Bell. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I got the $7 Crave Box which was very good and was a big meal.

Quick, accurate and delicious food. Great selection of drinks. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Great place to stop if you have an RV and are on your way to the campground.

Two out of the three times I have been here they "forget" items in my order. This last time when I went inside, they straight up ignored me. I said excuse me three times and they made eye contact and kept on doing something. I had to YELL to make them help me and get my food. I do not yell. I have never yelled at anyone in a service industry. The chalupas tasted like they were rancid. The chicken cantinas were crushed and not made right. Why is this location even open? If you can't keep it staffed, the food is nasty, and you keep scamming customers. Why even be open? I'll never be back.

It took 3 times for them to get 2 dorito tacos with extra meat and extra cheese (which we paid for extra for both) and no lettuce. Then I got an order to go (nachos bell grande - with the chips seperate) and they put meat on side and chips in with everything else. I had to explain 3 times that the chips just needed to be in a separate container. It ended up costing $64 for 4 of us to eat at Taco Bell!!!!!!!! It will be a while before I spend money there again. I could have went to MI Pueblito for much less than that WITH tip.

Went to the Milton Taco Bell and went through the drive-thru. Checked the bag of our order and found we were missing a taco. No big deal. My fiancé went in with the receipt to get the missing item and the manager was very rude saying I quote “I don’t understand why people keep f%#king saying that. We aren’t giving out free food here anymore.” We got the taco from the young lady at the front counter and left. Probably the worst experience I’ve had there.
