Chick-fil-A in Morgantown

“We arrived at 12;30 and it was very busy in the drive-through. However, there were 3 employees taking orders for each car lane. Total time to wait in line and then pick up our food was less than 10 minutes. However, the employees today were not their typical, very friendly selves.“

“Being a celiac, I wish they had more gluten free food, but they have best real chicken ever and the BEST milkshakes over anyplace who serves milkshakes! They should train all fast food places with drive-thrus on system they use! Never mix up orders, with two long lines, I never wait longer than a few minutes. Excellent, friendly service, they never act rushed or inpatient with customers. A++++++“

“Very busy place, but well staffed and fast service! We ate in but didn’t have a long wait after ordering. Staff was cleaning the tables as they became empty. Looked like there were two lanes into the drive thru and the cars seemed to be moving rather quickly. Staff was efficient and friendly. And the chicken was delicious, very moist. A pleasant experience after a long day of travel.“

“Stopped at Chik Filet on my way to Doctors appointment. I always get Half-Half and a large because I have to sit for 6hrs during Blood infusion. I just love their tea!! I have to be careful or I suck it all down in first 30 minutes. Love the location. Very convenient to hospital and getting around Morgantown. The staff is always friendly and drive thru moved very fast“
