This store is conveniently located near the Evansdale campus. The cleanliness is horrible. A few of the things I've seen have been smashed egg cartons, leaking refrigerators, trip hazards, and chill units out of temperature. The last time I was in, the "chip aisle" smelled strongly of sewage. This wasn't the first time I smelled the aisle like this. I placed an online birthday cake order 5 days in advance. On the day it was supposed to be picked up, I called to see if it was ready. The first person I spoke to put me on the phone with another person. The second person asked if it was an online order and then put me on hold. That person then comes back and asks if I had the right Kroger, I read the address back (it was correct). Then the person said well, we don’t have it.
