McDonald's in Morgantown

“I had to wait a while for our meal. But they really was pushing everything for drive thru. It is a shame that the people inside are put to the back of the line so they can meet time for the drive thru. I prefer eating in the restaurant. Do I need to go thru the drive thru to get my order at a decent time and then take it in to eat it? The 2 making the burgers was busting their rears. The place was full of unhappy customers because they were put to the back of the line. And then on top of that most the drive thru has to park and wait. Lol Something has got to give or customers wont be coming back. There is no fast food anymore.“

“It’s a lovely joint and the food is great in my experience, after ordering from there multiple times. They’re on the slower side but the people are lovely, especially the older african american lady who served me this evening and prior. Don’t go here for super super quick food, do that at sheetz, but this is the first McDonalds joint I’ve seen in a while that serves hot freshly made food every time I’ve been there.“

“I go to this location almost every morning around 7am. Great service, my food is normally done and waiting on the counter. I’ve never had a problem with my
Mobile orders or an order not being correct. The morning staff is friendly. I can’t speak on evenings because I never been.“

“I had an amazing experience at the McDonald's in Sabraton, WV! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, getting my order out quickly even during a busy lunch rush. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. Those fries were perfect! The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Shoutout to the team for their great service and keeping the Sabraton community happy with those classic McDonald's flavors. I'll definitely be back!“

“My family and I stopped in here about 3 weeks ago. This was the best McDonald's experience of our lives. We ordered our food and it was done and at your table in 5 mins. It was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and that included the bathrooms. I was so impressed I literally had to tell the staff right then and there. ❤️“

“Originally went to sonic next-door. Waited 30 minutes on our food and it never came. Argued with two staff members, one supposedly a manager, and lost count how many times I requested a refund because we didn’t have time to wait. Got the refund drove over to the drive-through for this McDonald’s. Place the order, paid for the order, receive the order all within two minutes. Keep up the good work, if sonic doesn’t get it together, your customer base is more than likely gonna be increasing.“
