Every time I️ come to Morgantown I️ come to this Starbucks. The customer service is great and so are the drinks. The staff are always friendly and the store is always clean and tables available for us to sit.
So I ordered my new favorite drink Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino at Starbucks, and the lady working the window tells me they accidentally made it using marshmallow whipped cream instead of regular (which actually sounds really good). Then she said they were making me a new one because this wasn't what I originally ordered, but I could have both anyway for no charge. I'm beaming with so much happiness right now. THIS is quality customer service!
It's just not the same. The barista taking my order was great, however, at the drive through window, it was a different story. No joy from this person at all. Just here's your drink. It was a hot drink without the cup sleeve and what's with never giving napkins these days? I ordered a food item and per usual, no napkins. Starbucks Coffee Company has a team of baristas that provides great service. The service is always A-1 and the team is friendly. The drinks are often good and orders are given in a timely fashion. However, some customers have experienced slow dine-in service, sloppy drinks, and a rushed atmosphere. The vanilla latte was undrinkable and tasted burned. On the other hand, some customers love the Carsmel Ribbon Crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch. The company also gives coffee grounds for plants, which makes them healthy. Overall, the location has a great team and friendly people, but the service can be inconsistent.
