The food is fine enough, I suppose. Thats not what bothered us. My husband, my daughter, and I stopped at Moundsville Wendy's last night, 2/5/2019, around 7pm. We were standing to the side, awaiting our order, when a young employee of Wendy's walked up to the register. A woman, a manager I assume, screaches, "What is it your doing?!?". The young man answered, "Ordering". The manager scolds him, rather loudly, in front of many customers, "I don't know who told you could go on break!...read full review
all I ask for is only mustard on my burger...... what do I get..... NO CONDIMENTS WHAT SO EVER. OR ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING/WRONG. I understand if things get hectic you don't always get things right but this is every time and I'm not going to drive 25+ min to get a 2 dollar burger that's always wrong. Step it up management and do something to change this!!!!!!
