“I’ve been coming here nonstop for months now! It’s one of the best coffee shops not just in WV, but on the East Coast. The price is affordable and the taste is exquisite. You will never get this quality of coffee at this price at Starbucks!“
“If you are a coffee aficionado, you will want to stop here. They have the most creative, swoonworthy coffee options I’ve ever seen in addition to the most expansive offerings of sugar-free (SF) syrups. We had a large, iced Bearded Blondie and a SF raspberry and white chocolate latte with heavy cream. Delish! Wonderful community-building atmosphere. We’re an hour drive from here, and rest assured, this is definitely a place we will return again and again. This was the second time we stopped in. When we visited the day prior, they were humming at 5:00 pm! We were second in line and almost 10 minutes elapsed before the person ahead of us was acknowledged and someone took her order. We had an appointment and had to leave before we were able to place an order. They are popular!“
“I stopped in today, Monday 3/18, around 3:40 pm. I was tired, cranky, and just about to start my shift. I wish I got the young ladies name, but I walked up and realized I had left my glasses, so I couldn't read the menu. All I could tell the batista was that I liked chocolate and I needed a lot of caffeine. She didn't hesitate to whip me up a delicious smores triple shot, and she never once made me feel bad about not being able to read the menu. Please give the girl a raise!“
“Awesome little gem hidden outside downtown Beckley! Delicious coffee and really wonderful service from both the girls working when we stopped here. Menu was a little thin but they have many food options which justifies the lack of brewed coffee options. Very happy to find a spot like this in WV since we travel through here often. Espresso was nutty and robust - ordered three drinks and all of them came out as ordered and executed well. Highly recommend!“
“I'm not giving 5-Stars for the food, but for the Institution. The Omelet Shoppe is a Beckley landmark. Generations of locals and I-64 travelers (like my wife and I) have dined here. My wife and I wish to thank and hope God's blessings on all the staff for sacrificing their Christmas Holiday to serve us weary travelers on Christmas night. Now the food is not gourmet. It is great comfort food served fast and hot in a Mom & Pop-owned "Waffle House"-style joint. Our waitress never let our coffee mugs go empty. BTW, she made a fresh pot of decaf coffee specifically for us. She was warm & charming as we thanked her for sacrificing her Holiday. I had the Country Boy Omelet: sausage, hashbrowns, onions and cheese covered in milk sausage gravy. I asked for the biscuit as a side which was covered in more milk sausage gravy!! I'm a milk sausage gravy nut, this entire order was heaven for me. My wife had the Western Omelet: Ham, onions, bell peppers, and cheese with a spicey salsa on the side. I ate the spicey salsa atop my sliced tomatoes. She loved her omelet regardless. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and friendly to everyone entering within. These Mom & Pop restaurants are becoming rarer. Enjoy while this great place is still around.“
“Great donuts amazing homemade breakfast sandwiches f, they do work 1 or 2 people fill orders at a time so either order ahead or have some patience, trust me worth the wait. I'm from the other side of country Arizona to Washington state area P.N.W. an I can say we don't have this all stuff there is ordered an already made at a warehouse. This donut connection is amazing an made fresh super rare there love it an life customer now for sure“
“My goal for last year was to ditch the big box stores and focus on local shops and restaurants and this became my favorite coffee shop! I love their grilled cheeses and I haven’t tried a drink I don’t like! If I had to pick one The chai is probably my favorite!“
“Coming from out of town, we stop at this Starbucks when traveling to our vacation destination. We have never had a bad experience here. Our food is always good but our drinks are always GREAT! They taste amazing. The customer service is always wonderful as well.“
“Great to have a Starbucks in Bluefield finally!!Located inside the Food City building it's certainly a great draw for them. I'm happy with where it is personally, it's right off 460 and while not as convenient as a standalone building it's not a burden to pop inside the store.“
“The people here are amazing and super sweet. Every time I order from them my food and drink taste amazing. The customer service is great. Any time they are out of something they will either let you replace it with another item or give you back your money. Just really great place“
“We, my teenage daughter & myself, went on a walking adventure to Starbuck's in the snow. Big mistake! However the girls at Starbuck's were incredible. They even remade my daughter's Frappuccino to better suit her young tastebuds & we kept the other 1! Unfortunately, we left to walk home with 4 drinks & made it less than a block wishing we were back in the shop with the lovely baristas taking care of us!“
“Was a super nice little place, very chill... I can't remember the lady's name, but super sweet and answered all our questions about different drinks and things. Only took her just a few mins to actually make our coffees/drinks, and she didn't just take our name and yell them out. She brought them to us. Nice place! Definitely check. Better than Starbucks any day!Dietary restrictions: Can only have non-dairy, and they were able to accomidate.Parking: Parking right in front, But the entrance was a little tricky.Kid-friendliness: Lots of games and different options for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Totally had parking towards the side where it's easier to get on the side walk.“
