“I like the fact that Panera offers an herbal tea for those of us that have to watch our caffeine intake and I am taking full advantage of this Sips Club trial.....but why does decaf coffee stop mid-afternoon?!?! Anyway the real reason I am writing this review is the customer service at this location... yesterday I had ordered a drink (Sips Club) and cookie (free reward) online. I wasn't paying attention to the time and hit the drive thru for my pick up right at the lunch rush. I am about 3 or 4 cars back in line after telling them I was here for pick up. I knew I was in for a wait but just moments later a staff member comes out to the car with my order because she "didn't want me to have to wait". That kind of service is unheard of anymore. So thanks to Ally for thinking about the customer, and I hope when I make my next hire I am lucky enough to find an employee that's willing to go above and beyond.“

Ordered carry out today. Club sandwich, wings, fries and salad. The lady that answered the phone was extremely nice, said 5-10 minutes. My son picked it up in that time frame. Next: reviews talking about how good the Club was, spot on. Nailed the wings also. Frys were on point. Even the side salad that came with club was good. I'll close with this if you go there and leave hungry or dissatisfied its probably a good chance its YOU! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Oh, it wasnt hard on the wallet either.“

“We have always had good experiences at Panera Bread. The only reason I gave it a 4 for my food is because the sandwich I ordered was supposed to come on Ciabatta bread, but it didn't. I also had to wait a while to get my food, and the site was not very busy. The steak and cheese sandwich was awesome, though.“
