He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!“

“I just gave them a negative review but the called me and made it right. As it turns out somehow my online order was totally off. The pizza I received was not the stores fault“

“We ordered a large hand tossed with pepperoni, BP, and mushrooms, and a thin crust with pepperoni. By the time I placed the order on the app and drove over, it was coming out of the oven. The pizza was hot, fresh, made as we requested, and tasted good. The employees were nice and friendly. This is the first time I’ve ordered fromDominos since 2002. We will definitely be back!!“

“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

Parking: Parking is extremely steep and gritty. Stear clear if your car sits low.“

“The food is usually great, the prices are extreme though, but that is generally the case everywhere now. I gave it a 3 on atmosphere because there really isn't one, it's a carry out/ delivery pizza place now.

More of a Pizza Box than a Pizza Hut, I personally preferred the old building design, but the food is usually great.“

“One complaint - We order a Memphis BBQ Chicken pizza (added bacon) and it lacked in every topping except for cheese. We got a lot of cheese, but hardly any BBQ, 8 pieces of chicken (on a large), it was about 1 piece per slice. Very sad about the amount of other toppings. Otherwise I do love Domino's and we ordered during the 50% off pizzas week because we haven't been able to spend on eating out in a while! We are willing to try again next time!“

“This Little Caesars has the best food and crew. I went through drive thru and got the new pretzel crust pizza and I love it. There are a lot of amazing people that work there. Shout to amazing work and in my opinion, y'all go above and beyond: Jess, Ryan, Alicia, Grace, Pat, Jeremy, Todd, Paul, Shelby and I think that's everyone that's still there that I know. Keep being amazing even when it is hard when people are yelling and give you all a hard time.“

“The manager at this particular location (South Charleston WV in case it doesn't show) is just awesome! They didn't have all of the pieces of a crispy bucket I wanted so she gave me 1 free breast upgrade and 2 free thighs, she was so easy to work with and definitely was there to please her customers! “Always clean and well lit. Staff is kind and helpful. We ordered the two piece meal each. Added Mashed Potatoes & Cole Slaw. Realized we only get one side. But we ordered extra. This is more a corporate issue-but the biscuits are not what they used to be. Large and flaky. No more. We know prices are high but your biscuits were the best! Maybe you should go back to rolls? Just a thought. Maybe some ambiance in the dining room? Great meal tho-we were very pleased.Otherwise-Close to gasoline and route 60. River access for a quick bucket on the river. Have supported since I was small. Thank you for being open!
