The service and atmosphere of the drive thru was ok. Neutral. The Thundering Herd, however, had problems. The bottom biscuit was in about 6 pieces, the sausage was old and refried. It was in a paper in the paper bag,but not wrapped.

Ordered a couple big taters and they just took my money and never made the food. Sit in the drive thru window for 40 min while being ignored. Even knocked on the window and they just counted the cash register and others stood in the back. I will be doing a chargeback through my bank and I will never go here again. Absolutely unacceptable service.
