Staff was great. We frequent this place because it's close and convenient. Food is hit and miss as far as quality. Has gotten better over the past year. Last visit they said they only had medium thin crust and large stuffed crust. How does a pizza place run out of dough? My grandmother managed one for 20 years. Back when they made the dough in house. Never had these problems then.
Went to drive thru and picked up a New York Style Pizza. The guy was very nice and polite. Pizza was great. I've craved those for years. They had them in South Charleston about 20 yrs ago.

The food was good, and service, on the other hand, was lack luster at its best. Took 1/2 hour to bring back a refill on iced tea. Took another 45 minutes for them to bring us a box for our leftovers. If they were busy,I would have understood. There was only one other table there. Definitely can't blame it on that.
