First time at Medallion Restaurant, I was visiting Family I live 1200 miles from Philippi , I had lunch with my nephew from Charlotte, North Carolina , food and service was good, old style cafe atmosphere . It’s good to see that Philippi has a place for residents of Barbour county to dine !
