Fast food what do you expect. My milkshake took forever and the root beer float barely any ice cream in it but again you get what you paid for.

This is by far one of the best fast food experiences we have had. We eat here on occasion and always a great experience. The staff is awesome! Every time we stop by they are friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and very good. And the restaurant is always very clean. Thank you to the staff at this restaurant and keep up the good work!

Ordered food, person at window did not say that food would be a five minute wait until after we had paid. The person could say "this item will be a five minute wait" before we finalized our purchase, but instead did not. It also took longer than five minutes to receive my order
Stopped at A&W Monday 6/10 about 13:30. Stood at the counter for just about 10 minutes before we walked out. Nobody acknowledged our presence, it’s almost we were being deliberately ignored. The drive through was busy, they were getting their food , but we stood at the counter watching a young lady walk by and get soda after soda for the drive through. We got fantastic food and customer service at the Burger King the next exit south though.
