“I had lunch there with my parents, the restaurant is small and there is a lot of food to choose from, I'm not kidding there was a lot of food, I did like their customer service, I accidentally dropped my chopsticks and the lady who served us knew right away and gave us a new pair of chopsticks, I liked that the restaurant is small, I liked that they put a Chinese decor in the restaurant, everyone in the restaurant was very nice, I hope to have the opportunity to go there again in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try this restaurant, highly recommend I give it 5 stars.”

“Checked my drive thru order in the lot before leaving. my lasagne was the size of a deck of cards, I could literally eat it in 4 bites. the bread was burned. I went back and showed the guy working. He offered to remake the bread.🙄I put the order on the counter and asked for my money back. He said since I paid by card, I'd have to call corporate. I left with no food or money, and still starving after a 12 hour shift. This used to be an okay place. I won't be back to this location again.”

“A real gem of an establishment, When we walked in immediately an employee greeted us and helped us order from the kiosk (he actually did the order for us on the touch screen) and the food was amazingly hot and fresh. The customer service was extremely pleasant because it's rarely seen nowadays. We we're quite surprised when we walked in the back and saw the rocking chairs and rattan swing chairs that gave it a country vibe that we absolutely LOVED! also the facility was nice and clean. Bravo to the employees for an exceptional experience at this particular Taco Bell!

“May be the best Subway sandwich I have ever had. Ordered a Chicken sandwich with sweet onion teriyaki. The girl put a generous helping of chicken on the sandwich. She was also multitasking while training a new employee who was trying to satisfy a difficult customer. Great job!”

“Idk if this is the right McDonald's but I just visited the one off 64 in Ashland and was served by Spencer. He was great! He had so much patience with me, as I was extremely indecisive and slap happy due to having been in the car for the last 9 hours of my life. He even adjusted my order for me last minute since I realized I didn't order fries. Great service! Shout out to spencer, you're the real mvp.”

“Need a little more time training in customer service. I was a customer not someone that really didn’t have the time wait on. I realize many employees are new and often overwhelmed. But don’t shove a bag out the window and say ”here”. I had not thought it wasn’t just funny I would have shut my car off and shoved the bag back through the window.”
