“When I saw 2.5 stars for this restaurant, I was hesitant to stop there, but the written reviews did not match up with the stars: "food is great"; "delivery time is terrible." It was mid-afternoon and not busy when I arrived, still, it took 30 minutes to get my food order because of online orders ahead of my in-person order. Once our food arrived, I realized the issue: every meal is freshly prepared, and they were perfection! We were glad we stopped to eat there! An employee confirmed it is true that they freshly prepare all food, including the sauces that are on the tables! I will definitely eat there again, but I will order twenty minutes ahead through the App. The restaurant is clean and pleasant. Seating, tables, drinks, and utensil access are fast food style, so there is no issue with ordering ahead and staying to eat. Employees are pleasant and helpful. Trying to order through the website before I came was useless; the app is easier. I would advise them to address their process: perhaps a designated person/cook for online orders and another for in-store orders so the in-store orders are more timely.“
