Manager wants to try to shift blame to another company for half of my order being missing and then hung up the phone on me and refused to answer afterwards. 8 calls over an hour and a half and not a single answer, when previous to being hung up on, they answered twice in a row. Had to call corporate just to get a refund processing. From even a glance at the Google reviews, I can say that the BBB needs to take a look at this store. im actually sitting in the drive through now, they weren't answering the outside order stations. the attitude is less than mundane, apparently they don't give change back, still waiting on that, and the girl running the drive through was more worried about her phone than the customers. to say the least, this will be the last visit here, they need to doze it and bring in a popeyes
Found a cockroach leg in my Sonic drink last night. Thanks a lot Princeton Sonic. Do better!

Sonic Drive-In serves good food, with a few exceptions. The restaurant offers delicious master shakes, such as strawberry cheesecake and oreo peanut butter. Service is generally friendly and very nice, with staff willing to remake orders if mistakes occur. The team works hard and is professional, even when swamped with customers. The food is hot, fresh, and very delicious. The location has plenty of parking spaces and a convenient setup.
