Employees are friendly and the service is usually quick but my order is never correct. It's either made wrong, missing or the is not fresh. If you order extra topping (bacon, pickles, sauce, etc) you pay for it, but you never get the extra items. This is my experience with drive-thru. Breakfast and late evening
This place was really sloooow. I sat in drive through 5 minutes with nothing moving so I got out of line and went inside and still had to wait. Staff was nice and everything, but really slow.
My fries weren't completely cooked and were still a bit frozen. The service lacked enthusiasm and the atmosphere was bland. I recommend a climate boosting activity to better affect the culture of the overall establishment.
