Food is always great. Unfortunately they just don't keep certain foods ready to go. They have recently changed personal and helps the customer service. But keeping stock cooked or ready is important in providing a service. Keep getting better. It once was terrible 1 star with lousy employees and terrible service.
First, i asked for sub to be heated not toasted, they toasted it, then the Sweet tea i ordered was watered down as it if it was sitting there awhile, then when my husband handed it back to them and asked for a refund she went to get it and then came back trying to give me a bottle and ice when that is cheaper than their made sweet tea, to me when i asked for a refund that means a refund. And as employees you shouldn't beg the customer to leave it be.
While the vegetables can look a bit sketchy at this location, the end product of subs or salads are consistent and better than alternatives in the region. The one thing I really like at this location is that they are never out of cookies or other baked goods.
