usually, I like this place, been here about four times and earlier today was my fifth time, was greeted rudely by the staff and the person taking our order was rude. usually, this place has so much positivity and a great apmosphere, they were out of all their food, and their milkshakes downsized and they're still charging 10.70 for a milkshake, I'm disgusted in he behavior, I don't think I'll be returning.

Even though I'm local, I visited here for the first time a couple months ago with my mom. They were out of the usual flavors of ice cream in the "creations" we ordered, but they substituted the usual for similar flavors. Even with the change, they were very good!

This place is always good. The aesthetic is perfect for the motif. lm a fan of horror and ice cream and this place melds them both together beautifully. They add new creations regularly but the original ones are always money also like ET and Krusty. If you’re in Ripley this is a must. The outdoor seating is a bonus also that makes the place feel not as cramped. They added bubble tea since the last time I went also and I was really excited to see that make the menu as well. Bathroom is clean also which is always nice and says a lot about the business as a whole.

Wow wow wow. This place is such a cool find in WV. The inside is amazing, the staff is super friendly and approached us right away when we went inside, and let’s talk about how much ICE CREAM they have!!! There are so many options it took us a long time to decide what we want, but it also makes it super re-visitable. The prices are really good for the amount of effort and ice cream you get, too. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a gem.

We were immediately greeted by staff, who were all helpful and friendly. There is both indoor and outdoor dining. The decor is amazing. Lots of fun shakes to choose from. Everything else ordered was delicious and the portions on the shakes (that’s all we ordered) were very large!
