what a joke! Waited over 15.minutes in the drive thru. Never did get my order taken, im done with them!
Everytime I go there I ask can you please cook my chicken fresh (cook to order) they never do. Tonight I ask again, waited in the drive through for (being the only car) 15-20 minutes pulled in parking lot to eat and everything was cold and no ex gravy. Why is it you folks can not serve hot fresh food. Especially when a costumer asks for cook to order. Instead you kids are smartass’s and hold the food in the back when it clearly wasn’t fresh. Ordered choc ice cream with hot fudge and Oreos. When we finally got to the window an hour later they handed out the window, vanilla ice cream with fudge and a few Oreos on top. When told what I actually ordered to the server she said well, I did not take your order so have a good day. I don’t know who owns this establishment but they need to supervise their employees and correct their issues. Will not be going back and will certainly spread the word of their incompetence
