Worst, and most expensive steak sandwich I’ve ever had. All bread, no meat or toppings to speak of. Mayonnaise was the most disgusting I’ve ever tasted. Never again!

Great sandwich, however, the best part of my experience was watching the owner/manager (who was flustered) try to get the younger employees to do something productive. It was hilarious. As I was being rung up, the employees were talking and I'm desperately curious to find out if the one decided to go bowling or if they decided to go to a party with friends. So much gossip! Thanks folks!

Avoid this place at all costs unless you just want a cold sub. The grilled subs take forever.

My son is addicted to this place. It is a little pricey, but I agree that the food is good. The ingredients are high quality and the staff is always friendly. It's a clean establishment. I like it much better than Subway!!! Good place to stop for lunch.

Staff talks too much. Can't do 2 things at once. Focus on customers. Neck tattoo boy is worse of all. Then tells others what to do.

Normally I love jersey mikes… but this it’s inexcusable to charge me $12 for this. I paid for extra meat as well. Such a massive disappointment. Barely covers the bottom of the bowl. It was $24 for two of these. Both bowls combined would have maybe filled ONE of these bowls halfway.

I got a 7 inch roast beef and provolone, a bag of chips and a small water, (which dad $3.99,before tax) and it was $18 ???Are you serious?! That's Straight Robbery right there. I hope they're paying their workers $18/hr for as much as they charge for their sandwiches. I did give them 2 stars, considering the guys that made my sandwich were nice and courteous, but it's safe to say I'll never order from jersey mikes again. Not for that price! The sandwich was okay, pretty basic, And nothing special. And the bread is split down the middle, unlike a Classic sub/hoagie bun. Subway has more options for their breads, and toppings, for a more fair and honest price, so that's where I'll be taking my business.Jersey Mike's customer base must be the %1, who make more than 20/hr, and dunno what else to do with their money. Because most average citizens, with common sense, wouldn't waste their money on a sandwich so basic.
Food and service was great! Loud rap music too loud and not necessary. Needs toned down please.

Food is good but the guy with the tattoos has an attitude every time I go there. You can tell he doesn’t want to be there.

Don't order a tuna wrap from here unless you plan on eating it with a spoon. I just received mine a few minutes ago via UberEats. The delivery person was fast and friendly, so it's not their fault. I asked for no vinegar & oil and both were applied so heavily that when the wrap arrived, the packaging and other sandwiches in the bag were completely soaked. If you've ever fed kids, odds are you're tracking that vinegar-soaked sandwiches usually aren't received well. It was hard to overlook the sea of mayonnaise, but this vinegar soup wrap was just too much and we had to toss several items. This order cost way too much to be this crummy.
