This is old school fast food, lol. They put effort into making the seating area pleasant, and the food is made right. It's super weird when a fast food franchise really tries in 2025 so I wanted to note it.

I love this KFC because the food is always hot, fresh, and actually has taste. The staff has always been very nice to me and while it does take a while for the food to be ready (they are making the food right there and then) it is worth the wait. I'm very picky about my food so if the food is good it's worth the drive for me.

I ordered on the KFC app and delivered by Door Dash I was missing both drinks a gravy and this has happened repeatedly. I called the Southridge Store and KFC Customer Service with no resolution with my issue. It was call them then no call them poor customer service on both sides. I do not recommend buying from them unless you want the hassle with no refund, no I apologize absolutely nothing. I will never again order from KFC 🍗

No one in the line and I was pulled to the front door to wait on my meal. A little inconvenient for myself as well as the employee that worked the register at the drive thru window, who was designated to bring me my food. Again not a soul in the line or came thru the line for the whole wait.

3 times i have sat at the drive true and no one ever took my order 2 times i have received cold fries and a cold chicken sandwich when you try and call the phone just rings

I ordered the chicken strips and waffle. The girl charged me for a combo gave me two breast instead of two chicken tenders the side she asked me what I wanted gave me mac & cheese instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy that I asked for I had to ask for the cup for the drink and she tossed it on the counter and it fell over and like rolled to the floor. She didn't even offer to give me a new one and she just said oh my bad. I'm sure the food would've been good. It smelled good. It looked good. I just was so thrown off by the whole thing I forgot to even eat it. It was left in my vehicle and so I tossed it the next day. She had to ask me about four times what I wanted as well, and so her completely entering the wrong information blew my mind. It sounded like her manager was about done with her too because she had to talk to her like she was in kindergarten explaining that she needed to put the food in the brown bag And walk it out the door.... I don't know. I felt bad for the manager. I know that.
