Food was nasty! The lady was rude dismissive kept kept asking you done when I was trying to order....barely got utensils to eat before basically pushed me out the door if you are black I recommend going they do not want your business and they have no problem showing it

I rated this a one because I couldn’t rate it a zero! From start to finish mine and my daughters experience was terrible. Our server which I’m guessing is the owner had a very nasty attitude I got the impression that she didn’t even want to wait on us (we’re African American) skip that she kinda rushed us to order she came back twice after me telling her I wasn’t ready under 2 minutes so we rushed it.. We ended up getting crab ragoons (not to bad) shrimp tempura (wasn’t cooked all the way through) & a tasteless beef phou (literally took one bite of it everything) I then told her we didn’t like the phou nor the appetizers but I would still pay if She could just take off the crab ragoons and shrimp tempura, she looked at me crazy the whole time I talked to her a interrupted me mid sentence to tell me. “That’s what I ordered, that’s what I pay for” they will never get my business again I’m all about seconde chances but I honestly did not feel welcomed there at all

Just had the BEST first experience at Pho ? My son & I had: shrimp dumplings, crab rangoon, spring rolls, and the combination fried rice. YUM! We will definitely be back. Service was 10/10 + quick!

My bf and I (bf is Vietnamese) came here to finally try this place out. From the appetizer to the female waitress we had was just an all around annoying experience. Bf and I were both as nice as could be, but the waitress was extremely rude. We got crab rangoons and they all came back with the filling inside of them still cold and one of them were completely frozen I ordered Pho and he ordered grilled pork with rice and egg. The Pho here is not good at all. There is no flavor in my opinion and nothing about it made me want to come back. His food was actually pretty decent tasting but it wasn’t amazing. We were just disappointed with the food and even more disappointed about the service. Won’t be coming back.

Let me talk about this place. I absolutely LOVE this place. Whenever I am in the area, I always have a desire to go here and get so Pho. This soup is comforting and makes me happy every single time I eat it. It's like a warm hug. That might be true for all pho, but Pho Vinh Long is the best place in WV to get this amazing soup that I have found. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the food is great! If you want a completely different food experience in Charleston WV, then you need to come down to the mound in South Charleston and head over to this restaurant. You won't be disappointed. Whenever I go, I order two bowls because one is never enough for me, but don't take that to mean they aren't generous, they are, it's just that good! I also often order take out from them as well. This stuff is great the next day too.
