I had to go back and rewait in a long line to get the lattes righted. But they did so smiling and w/o complaint, also reimbursing my order.“

“I want the entire staff at the boulevard location to just sit in and observe how yall operate because they need lessons. I have never had a single issue here. Special compliments to the girl at the window today who is always so accommodating and nice. I can’t remember her name but she has glasses and light brown hair and wore Christmas light earrings today. Give her a raise.“
