Had the music up so loud that they couldn't hear to take the order correctly, no communication between the crew or with the customer about their order.

Great service and awesome food! I got the loaded potato and an order of chicken nibblers with a lemonade, and my husband got the loaded fries with a mello yellow. Everything tasted great and the employees were all friendly. I couldn't resist and got a chocolate chip cookie, hands down the best cookie I've ever had. All around good experience.

I am convinced the employees here cannot read. My order has never been right on the first try. The receipt always reflects my order, but the food is always wrong.

They're called Steak Escape. Their logo should be a cow busting through a wall like the Kool-aid Man. Instead it's a frickin light bulb or something. Lame. Plus my steak didn't even try to escape.

This is my favorite Steak Escape in the area! The team are always polite or joking amongst themselves or with the customers. They try to tell you about discounts and their food is amazing. They have great quality. Better than the other Steak Escapes in the area by far. I always get the BBQ sub. It comes with Steak, BBQ, Cheddar, and if you want mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes. I don't get the veggies, although I could eat it that way. I just get the meat, extra meat, extra BBQ, and the Cheddar cheese. It's awesome!
