I'm from Texas and have never been to a Biscuit World but I do love biscuits so I had to try. I kept low expectations and didn't know what to expect. It felt like a McD's from my childhood, definitely dated, but certainly not bad, especially once I tried the food. Wish we had these in Texas. It will be my go-to on my days off while I'm here as they have breakfast all day.
Fast food place. Clean. We didn't use the restrooms so can't speak about them. We had biscuits and gravy and a breakfast burrito. They were both excellent. We asked about other places to eat and sites to see and the staff was helpful.
The pictures don't give the food justice. We have always loved this Tudors and their biscuits are huge and fluffy. We got hotdogs for lunch, which, for a true West Virginian, it's chili, mustard, onions, and coleslaw. Don't say yuk about coleslaw on a hot dog until you try it. They are well known for their breakfast items. The Mountaineer is Canadian bacon, egg, hashbrown, and cheese. The Thundering Herd is the same but has sausage, not Canadian bacon. I always...
