“I usually do a mobile order and pick up in drive thru. It’s pretty quick most of the time! I try not to go during the busy hours. Usually never have any issues with the food or staff! Food is always good, staff is friendly! I do wish on the app, it would update if they were to be out of something like a drink or special items but that’s an app problem not a store issue!“

I ordered myself Chori Pollo, 2 hard shell tacos with a side of guacamole and cheese sauce, not really sure what my son ordered lol..... I called in and the staff was so lovely about the whole situation. They told me to come back and I was just expecting to just get the add on I was missing but they replaced my entire meal at no cost. “I was there to have my order from the previous days lunch remade. They offered to replace the entire order as there was an issue with each and every item. Two items that were not ordered with sour cream had it on them both and two items that were add pico , has none added. Normally I would not defend such over sites but the drive thru was very busy at the time of the initial order. We had 3 different orders in the one vehicle, all of which includes items of special request. Mine was the only one with issues and they made it right. I called several hours after the visit to ask what I should do...my firstand last bite of my bite of Burrito oozed sour cream...I was done with that. I spoke with Tiffany, who is also anti sour cream and sympathized with the situation. I didn't have the receipt available...but I did have all the food. She said bring it with me and they would replace the order. I did, they did. It was right the second time around and even thru in a soft taco for fur baby who was riding shotgun ,,,and they are his favorite, minus the lettuce of course. All is well that ends well.
