“It was very slow when I visited, but I was very pleasantly surprised. They had a nice selection of food options, most of which seemed fresh and all of which were appropriate temperature. They even had a small, but very nice, selection for salad. Staff was attentive to the few customers that they did have.

Buffet and dining areas both were clean and tidy. Food was refreshed at regular intervals despite low customer volume on this day. Everything was delicious.

I would 100% recommend.”

“Although the tastes of the food were slightly off from various other Mexican restaurants I've eaten at, have to say that this place is a great find in West Virginia. Service was quick and attentive, although if the place has a decent number of customers, it can have a chaotic feel to it. Food was decent.

If you've got the time when visiting the area or need a rest from I-79, this one's a good consideration.”

“Service was fine, can't complain. But a buffet doesn't need much service. Went there a lot growing up and went once again. In recent years every time I've went I swore I'd not go back. This time I think I mean it for real. Ate the dinner buffet. The food is edible but that's all it is. And I'll eat darn near anything. Total greasy spoon quality food. Love the food service mac n cheese but that was the only thing there that was any good. Buffet was also sloppy and poorly maintained. Worst part about it is it was 42 dollars and change for 2 people to eat. We coulda had fresher/better prepared higher quality food anywhere else in town and got just as full for less money. They had little steaks on the buffet, which had a sear on one side but were basically soaking in hot water. Edible but not great. Had baked potatoes that were seasoned well but cooked to heck. Tough as leather except in the very center. Fried chicken that was greasy and seemed like it had been under the hot lamp all day. Same with their desert bar. Had a dish that has been common there for years with bananas in a strawberry sauce. But it seemed like it had been sitting out all day. Just tasted like old bananas. When I was a kid it was always fresh and delicious. Can't go wrong with the food service mac n cheese though. I'd eat that stuff out of a shoe. Overall the food is food, and it's cooked. That's about all there is to say. Some stuff is alright or decent but a lot of it is something that I'd feed to the hogs if it was in my kitchen.”

“Nice place, love the food. Management however has some MAJOR work to do with the poor old lady working the kiosk. She had the whole establishment held up taking 5-10min per order, but she was really overwhelmed and should probably be working a diffrent position. Overall good spot but they need a diffrent girl working the register. Also several parties left after waiting 10-20min in line.”

“I went to the sutton Kfc today. First and last time. Lady claimed to be the manager got my order wrong. Gave me chicken instead of tenders, simple mistake but she replied i repeated the order back to you, that was time to say the order was wrong! I said just give me my food and the difference back. She refused to give my money, refused to give a receipt and told us to leave the property. Very rude, unprofessional. I am 65 yrs old, I don't deserve to be treated like that. Maybe age destination lawsuit would help Corporate look into staff there! Claimed she was the manager but has no customer service skills at all!”
