Appetizers were great, love me some fried pickles! Ice cream and shakes pretty tasty. They were out of chocolate and i wanted chocolate shake so that was dissapointing. Everything has silly names based on the local cryptid, flatwoods monster. Im glad we stopped it was fun. Even has a photo op with a board you can put your face in.
Very nice service, charming atmosphere and great food! The guy at the window even offered my grandma's dog a pup cup ❤️ would definitely recommend this place for a good sandwich and milkshake!

I visited The Spot during my last visit to Flatwoods, WV. I enjoyed a “Flatwoods Monster” sandwich. A cozy lil’ mom & pop restaurant in the middle of Appalachia. It has a small dining area inside with tables & booths. As well as a outside dining area with tables & chairs.
