I went to the sutton Kfc today. First and last time. Lady claimed to be the manager got my order wrong. Gave me chicken instead of tenders, simple mistake but she replied i repeated the order back to you, that was time to say the order was wrong! I said just give me my food and the difference back. She refused to give my money, refused to give a receipt and told us to leave the property. Very rude, unprofessional. I am 65 yrs old, I don't deserve to be treated like that. Went here at noon. Lunch time and wanted lunch. Got to drive thru only to find out restaurant was closed due to computer outage! I asked the young Millennial working if he needed a computer to cook food. He sad no. I then asked what was wrong with taking my order with a pencil and paper? He was unsure about what that was.
