Staff is always friendly. Food is always as ordered. However, if you want more than one or two chicken breasts you will have to call ahead or wait. They never seem to have it made ahead.
I don’t care much for fast food, but sometimes you’re too tired to cook after a long day working the land. Pulled into a KFC off the highway—place was clean, staff was polite, didn’t waste time with small talk. I respect that.
Ordered a bucket of original. Chicken was hot, crispy, and tasted like someone’s grandma still had a hand in it. Mashed potatoes were decent, gravy had some backbone. Biscuits? Not ranch-made, but good enough to quiet a hungry...

Food was familiar. Menu is hard to read, with all the diff restaurant menu bits and pieces, maybe make a duplicate to read before you get to the point of ordering?There was a very long back up. I was surprised to see how young the "kid" was, workung the window and apparently calling the shots, gently motivating/urging his crew to move faster due to the developing line.
