Menu for Subway, Terra Alta, WV

I placed an order online and after I waited 15-20 minutes, I went in. The employee was taking a break, asked if she could help me. After I explained that I had an online order, her response was it probably wasn't done...it wasn't. Attitude was not very friendly.

I have eaten here multiple times and I've always been happy with the customer service and the food. Tonight I had a few questions about the rewards card and the worker both were very helpful. They were polite and didn't mind holding a conversation with customer as they worked. Also the one making my sub took the time to make it right instead of throwing it together quickly ike other places.
