The drive thru is different. Doesn't go along the side of the building like most drive thrus, the menu (where you order) is across the lot from the window so you make an upside down 'U' between the menu & window. There's always a little bit of a wait here but it is said you can call & order ahead & it be ready say if you only had a few mins time for a lunch break. Once again our ice cream was beyond overflowed, forgot a blizzard we wanted and we had to ask for the basic needs, for example she gave us no straws! It's getting to the point where I don't wanna go back, people are getting trained to do their jobs and are still doing then with no effort! Who overflows a blizzard almost an inch?!?!? The food was good. They have cleaned the place up and have gotten caring workers. The food was not cold and they waited to make the sundaes until the food was done. Most of the time, they make the sundaes and the sit there and melt. Then when you leave they melt all over the place. Was much better this time then in the past. Keep up the good work new workers.!!!
