“What a fun and interesting place. Stopped to sample their beer. You need to drive to the back of the property to find the tasting room. Not crowded and we sat at the bar. They not only have have beer, but also cocktails and wine, if so inclined. Not many brew choices, five on tap, but what I tried were good. The beers are served in Mason jars, which is a first for me. The bartender was friendly and funny. I drank the Almost Heaven and Coal Miners Daughter. I thought both were very good. We did not eat food there but ordered a pizza to go. We had the house specialty, Fire on the Mountain. This is pepperoni, sausage, banana pepper, smoked gouda and chitpotle pepper. A little heat, but very good. A positive experience and I would certainly try them again.“

“Laid back, friendly, and very affordable restaurant. 4th visit there and the food is always exceptional, and the service is great. I was never a fan of pepperoni rolls until I had theirs ... they made a believer out of me! The pulled pork sandwich was excellent, and the chicken pot pie (from a previous visit) was" just like Mom used to make!" Like many places in Davis, parking is a challenge. Do not be deterred by a full lot; they still probably have tables available, as they can seat a good many. You can park on the side street behind the restaurant.“
