I’m not sure what the acceptable term is for folks that are a combination of Yuppies, Millennials, Hipsters . . . ‘yupster-ials?’ The Purple Fiddle is the perfect mix of down-home historic small-town charm and yupster-ial food/music venue. The location is old and maintains a vintage décor and ambiance. Light, multicultural, vegan, and eclectic food options fill the menu, along with an extensive IPA menu and mixed drinks. We ate here for dinner and stayed for a Friday night concert. Small concert venue was for standing around the stage area. There were clean bathrooms, ice cream, several mixed drink options as well as an extensive IPA menu. Overall, a great place to visit if you come to Thomas, WV
