Coffee was good but that’s not why I’m writing this. I stopped off to grab a pour over and got behind two interesting patrons who got to the front of the line and inquired about gluten free options (the cashier explained the offerings and showed adequate concern only to be told it was a preference and not medical). The coolest unexpected find in Thomas! Went back the next day because I had to experience the strawberry cream cheese pastry and chocolate croissant again. They have a fantasy selection of snacks, wine/beer, and charcuterie products. I didn't have coffee due to a health conflict, but the spiced cider was perfection. My fiance and a friend had the mushroom coffee and absolutely loved it. The owner was super cool and helpful too. This will definitely be a staple for us each year...read full review
