Delicious country home cooking. Service is prompt and friendly. They offer a buffet and salad bar in addition to the regular menu. Be sure to save room for dessert...their pies and sundaes are to die for.
I love getting a club sandwich here--it is thick, served on white toast and has perfectly cooked bacon. The atmosphere is very down home and the food is (mostly) homemade. C & J's fudge is also amazing as is their homemade ice cream. Check it out when you are in Valley Bend, WV.
This place has a nice comfy vibe too. All that we came across was nice sweet people. Did I mention this place has creamed tomatoes, aka tomato gravy. It was delicious! Their hamburgers were so good too! Everything was hot and juicy. If you like SWEET tea, this is the place to get it. I'm a fan a sweet sweet tea. Has a gambling portion in the resturaunt too if you are into that. It's supposed to have a buffet but I didnt see that. I'll look better next time I am there.
