“Each Napolis pizza is owned by the same people and the food is therefore the same. But I’ve noticed that it’s actually a bit different at each location. Call it a chef’s choice. All in all it’s a decent restaurant with a great selection on the menu. The service is different from store to store but that is to be expected. The location in Vienna is convenient but with limited parking. I found this store to be very nice and the staff friendly. Always asking would you like or can I get you, we have a special, etc. The location in Belpre is of course a real dine in restaurant so no need to compare the two or any other. I have not ordered for delivery because I’m located within 1-2 miles so I always do takeout. It’s very fast and fresh and honestly have never had anything wrong with my order. It’s par for the course and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys Napolis pizzas and subs. If you’re courteous and respectful and realize how hard these guys work you get the same back. I’ve never had a problem. Why 4 stars, its not the best in town. That said its still offers a wide variety of delicious food and at competitive price. Thanks for all your years of service Napolis I will continue to spend my money there.“

“A storm washed out our Friday night at the Sternwheel Festival. So we stayed at the hotel and asked for a delivery food recommendation. This was the clerk's top choice. Nice menu with interesting items. We ordered a thick crust Meat Lover and a tomato cucumber salad. Food came to the hotel 30 min later.
Pizza was great. Sauce had a unique aftertaste. Salad was simple but excellent. Together it made a great meal. Highly recommend. Great food and service.“

“Tried this place for dinner during a work trip. The pizza was good. Staff was fast and friendly. Dining area was clean. Reminds me of an old-school cafeteria-style restaurant. I still liked the pizza and prices were acceptable. Give this place a try and I think you will enjoy yourself.

“First time having donatos pizza. Loved the crust. Loved the different varieties. Vegan and vegetarian options. We love pizza and kinda pizza snobs, lol. We are very picky. Great pick of a variety of choices. The simple menu that gives you something for everyone.Staff were nice. The restaurant was clean. Loved the touch of plug-in for phones or smart devices.I gave it a 4 star on food because I hated the chicken on my pizza. I am very picky about chicken, and I knew better than to eat a pizza restaurant chicken, no offense.I should have gone vegetarian, that is what I like, but we were staving, and I was having a food coma. “Got there at 5. Fresh salad bar. Pizza & spaghetti are slow coming out but real fresh & tasty. Restaurant is clean & a young boy comes around for dirty plates often. He thanked my husband for serving in the army & was very polite. We will definitely go back.“

“The employees were nice,they were busy so we waited around 30 minutes for our food. server came back said your food will be out soon. came back 10 minutes later and said the order that she wrote on her own server pad was never placed. asked if we would like to re-place our order we said no. went to the counter to talk to the manager the young lady obviously was shaken and couldn't say anything besides I'm sorry and I don't know when I was asking her question.She offered for me to talk to her GM as far as a resolution was concerned. I declined due to her being very overwhelmed.I choose 3 stars due to the fact that the were kind, busy, and the store was taken care of and also how overwhelmed the young lady was.long story I will never go back there but I'm sure , not everyday is like that for them.“

They are always polite and quick.I have lived really close to Dominos since I was a kid and so I’ve ate a whole bunch of their pizza over the years. I have noticed since the Covid epidemic the quality of their pizza has gone down a good bit. For example, the crust is thinner than it ever has been and they skimp on the toppings.Still good stuff though.“

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. “On Friday 10/13 I was in the store on 7th Street and the Manager on duty was very courteous I brought up an issue with my pizza. She was able to make me a new one and get it out to me very quickly. It's definitely a reason to return to this store due to the help of the lady with the long blonde hair! =D“

It is easy location right off road from local plant on my way to hotel. Has been clean when I have visited and local staff is always friendly and fast. “Stopped in to dine, ordered the Big Box Dinner with the intention to take home our leftovers. Chose one Bacon medium and one pepperoni medium, bread sticks and fettuccine Alfredo. Food was good, service was excellent. Our server brought us boxes for take home leftovers.“
